About Sosua Hotel
My name is Randy Bess and I visited Sosua for the first time in 2006. One month later I returned and bought a condo at Las Canas in the hills of Sosua.
I am a real estate broker living is both Sosua and St. Petersburg Florida. Sosua is an interesting village, the entire North Coast of the Dominican Republic features beautiful Caribbean beaches and excellent weather year round.
My favorite hotel is Sosua Bay but if I were to visit Sosua today as a tourist I would stay at Sosua By The Sea, rent a car and explore the island, eating at a different restaurant every night. Sosua Bay is an all-inclusive resort that includes all of your meals, drinks and entertainment. That’s great for some but it keeps you from exploring the island and the wonderful food on the beach in Cabarete or in the quaint village of Sosua.
